Franklin County, Ohio, foreclosures fell to the lowest level on record last year, according to figures released by Franklin County Clerk Maryellen O'Shaughnessy. Last year, 3,410 foreclosure cases were filed in Franklin County, 16% below the number filed in 2016 and the lowest number the county has recorded since it started tallying the figure in 2001.
